Refund/Cancellation

At Commercial Co Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Commercial Co Solutions at least 2 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service. If cancellation is made within this period, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No-Show: Failure to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of any fees paid and no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 5 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address the issue and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  • Prepaid Packages: For services purchased as part of a prepaid package, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered and the remaining balance of the package.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving a valid request and will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

4. Changes to this Policy

Commercial Co Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund/cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
